A healthy take on a popular Thai classic, without the nasties. Simply add this green curry powder to any protein, veg, a little stock and coconut milk for a quick delicious meal the whole family will love. Our green curry has a little bit of heat, but nothing to worry about as it is milder than most curry pastes.

Mingle’s Green Curry in a Hurry spice blend is:

Ingredients: Garlic, Ginger, Coriander, Lemongrass, Chilli, Amchoor (Mango powder), Onion, Pink Himalayan Salt, Cumin, Turmeric, Pepper
