100% Grass fed lamb Tallow sourced from quality Tasmanian farms.

A fantastic addition for cooking and bbq’s because of it’s flavour profile which is very popular with sautéing and searing. Smoke point at 190 degrees.

Health Benefits:

A great source of omega-6 fatty acids in the form of CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) which is 1 of 2 essential fatty acids for humans, so get into it!

99% Unprocessed:

The spare 1% is the process of gently melting down the fat and refining it into a container.

Shelf life:

Approx. 12 months at room temperature.

Keep in a cool & dry place preferably.

Note: Can basically keep indefinitely if uncontaminated by food or water.
