Easy plantable seeds from Sustainable Landscapes LA by Lily Polstein. This small pack comes with Pollinator Garden Mix and Tangy Salad Garden Mix that can be planted directly into your home garden! Harvested organically and sustainably in Los Angeles, CA.
Pollinator Garden Mix: Perennial Borage, Calendula, California Poppies, Cosmos, Nasturtium, Sunflowers & Showy Milkweed. These vibrant floral blooms attract beneficial garden insects like bees and native butterflies while brightening up any garden or landscape.
Sow seeds early spring just in time for seasonal rains. Scatter seeds directly in the soil and then cover with about 1/2” of soil. Pat the soil gently and water frequently until plants are established.
Salad Garden Mix: Wild Arugula and Radish to zest up any salad or sandwich. Radishes grow quickly, while arugula can be harvested and left in the garden to reseed.
Sow seeds 1” apart in rows about 10” apart. Water frequently until plant is established. These vegetables need space. When the seedlings appear, thin them every two or three inches. this will prevent root damage and stunted growth.
