These are the Days’ pancake mix only uses sustainably grown, locally sourced and freshly milled heritage wheat varieties. Spelt and Sonora are carefully chosen for their rich, sweet, buttery and earthy flavor. These ancient grains are stone milled to keep 100% of the whole grain and retain all of the fiber and minerals. Guaranteed to be delicious and nutritious!

These are the Days partnered with a small family farm in Vermont to produce the highest quality organic maple syrup. It is a custom blend of light and dark, early and late season sap with notes of butterscotch, vanilla and the undeniable richness of pure maple syrup.
Made of 100% pure and natural maple syrup. Maple sap sourced from healthy, wild sugar bush that grow in mineral and nutrient rich Vermont soil. 4 oz.

About the Fruit: Rose Diamonds are early maturing, deliciously sweet yellow-fleshed nectarines that originated in Bradford, CA in the early 90’s.
Origins: We get our small batch Rose Diamonds from Masumoto Family Farms, one of the most incredible certified organic stone fruit farms in all of America. The jam that culminates from them is gorgeous, luscious—a perfect reminder of just how wonderful and fleeting summer can be.
