You will need

3 eggs
150g cold butter

Method

Preheat oven to 160C. Line a 20cm x 20cm baking tray with baking paper. 

Tip contents of packet into a mixing bowl.

Melt butter and then mix it into the mixture. Add eggs and pour into the tin. Bake, cool and slice into 16 squares.

white chocolate buttons (34%) (erythritol, cocoa solids, milk solids, inulin, lecithin E322, natural flavours, stevia), soluble corn fibre, erythritol, almond meal, lupin flour, tapioca starch, coconut flour, psyllium, freeze dried raspberries (2%), baking powder, monk fruit extract.
